Terms and Conditions
By using our services, you sign a contract with us for an indefinite period of time, with the possibility of termination by both sides with a notice period.
The assignment
We will perform the activities specified below on the basis of the information you provide.
You have stated that the use and distribution of the information compiled by us is intended for yourself and the Tax Authorities.
Responsibilities
As the owner, you are responsible for the correctness and completeness of the information made available to us. This responsibility also extends to:
- The organization of adequate administration;
- The presence of all invoices
We rely on you to cooperate and assume that you will provide the records, records, documentation and other information required.
Activities
In accordance with generally accepted guidelines with regard to compilation assignments in the Netherlands, our activities consist mainly of the collection, processing and summarizing of financial data.
We also perform the following activities for you:
- Taking care of the income and sales tax returns
- Dealing with petitions and objections regarding tax matters;
At your separate request, we will perform the following activities for you:
- Advice on administrative systems;
- Advice on economic, organizational and tax matters;
- Conducting tax procedures
